Hi All! My name is Michele and I am first grateful to you for visiting my site. I created this space for moms to feel hella supported and connect with their amazing and CAPABLE bodies. I am a mama of 1 crazy independent and loving boy, an Occupational Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and lover of hiking. Following a fairly easy pregnancy and whirlwind of a birth, I dealt with Diastasis Recti and a weakened pelvic floor with very little support. I also found a tremendous amount of pressure put on mothers to "bounce back" and be all things to everyone leading to much mom guilt on my part.
